to me with an offer: to pay for the rent of the room in this house for a year. He would
give me a 2 month discount when I would send the full amount in
one time.
He told me that he saw my good bank-account standing while I was buying with him present an Air Asia flight-ticket and thought that I could pay for the whole year... We agreed on 4000 and the payment would be due to the 1st of February. Thus I would have 10 months paid and 2 months for free, which would be suitable because I need to go to TL for at least 3 months per year (immigration-rules)
He asked me to pay now but I said: I paid for this month already.

and thought that the discount would be deducted right away. Never mind I will top up by myself, he replied

But when I went to Thailand in March,
everyone has been told to move out because he would give the house to a hospital
and their staff on a 5 year contract.
In the beginning of April, he told me
personally about it and offered me same as to the others to move in one of
his other houses.
I had doubt because it would be not so suitable for me for certain reasons of
his behavior towards my kitten during my absence but I still agreed to take a look at his "best" offer: But that place was not acceptable for me as stated in the following

When he came he understood & agreed to the transfer of
3500 RM as the refund: 4000 minus 2 months rental fee for February & for
March (when I was Away in TL) I freely waived the two month discount of the one
year advanced payment because the deal was cancelled. Remaining 3200 + 400
deposit & key 100 = 3700 but I took my time to move out my belongings daily
till mid-April. Thus half a monthly rent would be still deductible. 3500 is the
total amount and with another client Masud Dhaka from Bangladesh as a witness
he agreed to it.

with me. Ok i will refund full balance for 9 months plus one month deposit plus

Okay I read out of your
reply that you are not willing to fulfill my legal request to pay back the
amount of 3500 RM within this month and the given extension of another two
weeks for collecting the money.
As a debtor you can not
make your own rules to the creditor, as you might know from the banking
business.
Also your offer is full
of mistake: You mentioned before 400 RM each month. Now you offer 9 months
payment-plan: 9x400=3600 + 1month deposit of 400 RM and key-deposit 100 RM
would add to the amount of 4100 !? That's a strange calculation. Are you
willing to pay interest of 20 % for that period of time for the delay or how
you get to this assumption??
It is also a lie that
no-one wants to rent a room in this house, as this object is even the best
value comparing to others. That you would take the opportunity of a hospital is
comprehensible but then you have to release your customer fairly according to
the rules of business.
You have also no right
to be emotionally frustrated when a customer can not accept a worse offer to
continue the deal. And you showed me only one place that was unacceptable for
me. I could only stay here and even this was often a burden.
Thus I can just remind
you to my demand to refund the total amount of 3500 RM within this month.
Otherwise I will go for the legal procedure to get my right, which could
include criminal charges against you and your wife for the attempt of fraud and
scamming. Please consider this and let's get over the issue better today than

The deal was burn.
You paid me Rm4000 and stayed for three months Feb 2018 - April 2018 which
total Rm1200 (Rm400 monthly). And the balance need to redund Rm2800. Plus one
month deposit Rm400 and key deposit Rm100. Total Rm3300. Correct me if i am
wrong. The refund will start by next month Rm400 until finish Rm3300. Honestly
i am very disappointed with this decision.
